Gloria Eun Hye LeeLee stands accused of meeting with an accused arsonist to burn down her place of business, Prince & Princess Puppy Boutique, presumably for financial gain. The problem that the protesters have with her in particular is that by doing so, she put the lives of all 27 of her dogs at risk. They accuse her of taking the lives of the innocent animals all for the sake of money. Luckily for the animals, fire fighters were able to respond to the fire fast enough to save all of their lives. After minor treatment, all of the animals were adopted out to new homes. This is a happy ending for the animals, and a far greater fate than what Lee is standing accused of trying to do to them.

Though Gloria Eun Hye Lee still awaits an actual trial, the judge gave her a $400,000 bail and a court date of February 24th for her trial. Despite the ruling, Lee was able to walk out for $20,000 and house arrest until Friday, which is when she will be back in court for a bail hearing.

The most damaging evidence against Lee and her accomplice are video files which show her letting a man into her store with gasoline cans. The footage shows her behaving rather calmly while the man poured gasoline around the store, gathering some belongings before exiting the store while the man lit the gasoline on fire. Police have identified the arsonist as 27 year old Kirk Bills, but have not apprehended him yet. There is an arrest warrant out for him at this time.

Rather than looking to face charges for the arson as one individual crime, the Clark County judge is looking to try Lee with 31 separate crimes, of which 27 are for attempted cruelty to animals. By breaking up the sentencing into multiple crimes, if convicted, the judge can hand out sentences for each one of them individually. This would mean that Gloria Eun Hye Lee could be looking at spending many years in prison for this crime.
