Escort killer James Brown murders four women and was convicted on Friday by a jury. Brown killed the women in pairs back in 2011.
According to police, James Brown murdered four women who he found using online escorting services. Police found the bodies in car trunks left in Detroit, two of which were so badly burned that the women were unrecognizable.
The 25-year-old was found guilty of killing the women at his Sterling Heights home in Detroit. Brown was convicted of first degree murder, arson and disinterment of a body. He reportedly killed the women in pairs just days apart in December 2011.
According to assisted prosecutor Therese Tobin, Brown committed the murders out of pure enjoyment:
“He did it because he enjoyed it. He did it because he got some thrill out of it.”
Autopsy reports have revealed that Brown most likely killed all four women by asphyxiation. However, the exact causes of death could not be determined by investigators.
All the women were in there early to mid 20s. James Brown killed Natasha Curtis, Vernithea McCrary, Renisha Landers and Demesha Hunt. Brown will be facing life in prison with no chance of parole.
