Arctic Seal – #3/10
Although many people will never see a wild Arctic seal in person, these cute cuddly little bundles of fur, can bring instant joy to your heart when they smile. The arctic seals scientific name is the harp seal or saddleback seal. This is a species of earless seal native to the northernmost Atlantic Ocean and parts of the Arctic Ocean.
A baby Arctic Seal (pup) has a light yellow colored coat at birth, but after three days, the coat turns white and stays white for about 12 days.
