Alien Remains? Three new elongated skulls uncovered in Antarctica

3 Elongated Skulls

This is a file from the Wikimedia Commons, These skulls are on display at Museo Regional de Ica in the city of Ica in Peru

Smithsonian archaeologist Damian Waters and his team have uncovered three elongated skulls in the region of La Paille, Antarctica. The discovery came as a total surprise to the world of archaeology as they are the first human remains uncovered from Antarctica, thought never to have been visited by humans until the modern age.

We just can’t believe it! We didn’t just find human remains on Antarctica, we found elongated skulls! I have to pinch myself every time I wake up, I just can’t believe it! This will redefine our view of mankind’s history as a whole!” excitedly explains M. Waters

Elongated skulls have been found in Peru and in Egypt, proving past civilizations made contact long before history books want to acknowledge.

But this discovery is plain incredible. It shows there was contact thousand of years ago between civilizations in Africa, South America and Antarctica.

Elongated skulls are thought to have been a common deformation done upon children of the elite in many ancient cultures  tells us a spokesman of the Smithsonian Institute of New York.

It was done by wrapping a cloth around the infant’s head when the skull is not yet in a solid state. This characteristic was used to amplify differences of traits between higher ranking classes of society and lower classes .

These elongated skulls are much, much larger than normal human skulls would be. Purposeful cranial deformation can change the shape of a skull, but it cannot increase the volume of the skull.

In addition, these skulls have quite a few other important physical characteristics that greatly set them apart from normal human skulls.

This knowledge is incredibly important, regardless of what these skulls end up being, human or otherwise, it is still important for unraveling the history of our past. These are obviously an incredibly mysterious group of people.

Now the thing on everyone’s mind is, are these skulls alien? Are they extra-terrestrial?

Some would believe these skulls are just an ancient body alteration called “Artificial cranial deformation

These skulls indicate INCREASED brain capacity, so I doubt you’re right (no pun intended).

      • shineOn64

I’d like to see the evidence supporting the claim that elongated skulls contained increased brain capacity.

        • William Carr

You are full of hate and intolerance for his point of view.

          There, happy now?

      • capecoral

Read the article. It said deforming the skull didn’t increase capacity. Humans don’t need to increase the braid capacity. Humans need to learn how to use the brain they have.

        • koguma

You should read the article as well. It said these skulls had greater volume and were NOT deformed. Geeze, reading comprehension 101 here.

    • tchdab1

Let’s see, mis-formed their children’s heads from birth to emphasize their elite 1% status? Gotta be the first tea-baggers! As long as there is evidence of normal people that they looked down on.

Of course, the question is, do Conservatives enlarge their Amygdala by deliberately worrying all the time, or are they afraid all the time because of a birth defect?

Liberals tend to have larger forebrains, but again, is it because we USE them more?

        • Runawayhamster

Based my comment on an article explaining that researchers have found evidence, of enlarged amygdala in the brain of conservatives. They all seem to have much in common. A herd mentality of negativity, prejudice, fear of the new or unkown and a culture seeded in the past.

The questions you have, if it is hereditary or learned behavoir need to be answered.

I have asked myself the same thing. My sense is that it maybe a combination of the two possibilities. But of course you know environment is very influencial in the develpoment of a person; especiallly children. Opressive or dominating parents/adults could be affecting young amygdalas and is manifested in the beliefs and behavoir of the person affected.

I am usually willing to confront fear and threats, but try to not let my emotions fog my decision making and actions.

Better to get it over with, instead of worrying or fearing.

Keep using your amygdala, I will to.

what the hell is all this about? antartica holds many secrets. would love to see bebeath all that ice.

Elongated skulls prove a link between Egypt and Peruvian civilizations? What utter psuedoscientific crap this article is. Whoever it tying this junk up and getting it to show up in the google news feed in order to hit the reader with pop-up ads should be ashamed of themselves. This site and its reporting is unadulterated garbage.

It’s even worse, take it from me, a chronic TV addict. The H2 channel runs a constant series of “Ancient Aliens”. They spout the most outrageous lies and come to the most unscientific conclusions – and they get away with it! I have seen NO – NADA – ZIP – in the way of outraged intelligence countering their phony claims.

Consequently, I no longer watch what used to be a sane history channel. Now it’s got nothing to do with history and everything to do with fitting a make-believe storyline to historical evidence.

If it was only a single similar item then one could say it was all a coincidence. But there are multiple traits like mummification, megaliths, and pyramids. And never forget agriculture. It is weird that cultures across the world all start domesticating plants around the same relative time.

It is more likely that a tribe lived in this area that practiced reshaping of the skull like the way japanese culture created “pretty feet”, binding the heads of newborns so that they could guide the shape of the skull as it grew. This was probably only the shamans, or “royalty”.

Elongated skulls “prove contact”…with what??? Elongated skulls are HUMANMADE (just like god was invented by humans), to distinguish royalty from the commoners.

Why are commenters on this post saying we can already do this? The article was clear – we can change the shape by wrapping in baby head in cloth but but we cannot increase the volume of the skull by doing that. These skulls are too large – not just shaped differently….God’s sake please read the article before saying this is easily explainable.

It’s interesting that not one other news source is reporting on the discovery of human remains in Antarctica. Is this the internet’s version of The Globe? Will they be reporting on Bat Boy?
