The two suspects are being tried as adults with first-degree attempted homicide. What is most shocking about the attempted murder is the reason behind it. Neither one of the suspects have expressed remorse for the incident and have not publicly commented on the attack. Meanwhile, the victim is currently in stable condition and is still hospitalized. The creator of Slender Man, Eric “Victor Surge” Knudsen, has not commented on the murder plot.
