2014 NBA Finals: Gatorade Zings LeBron James on Twitter After Game One

LeBron James didn’t care for it at all, and could be seen to be visibly struggling with it in the second half culminating in cramps severe enough to knock him out of the game. San Antonio went on to win 110-95, but that’s not the worst part for poor LeBron.

It’s going to be the trolls. You know the type; people and sometimes companies that love to make fun of things like this. As could be expected tons of people–celebrities and regular people alike–did just that. However, the best came from a company whose product James really needed.

Gatorade–and it was pretty awesome.

James endorses Powerade. Gatorade was not done yet.

Gatorade had tried to sign LeBron up back in 2003, but the two sides were not able to come up with a deal both could live with.
