Matthew Stafford # 10
There was a time not all that long ago where the Detroit Lions were nothing more than an after thought as far as the league was concerned. They managed to lose all 16 games back in 2008, but that only seemed to fuel their comeback. Though the Lions had a disappointing second half of last season, the raw talent is there and they are serious contenders largely thanks to the arm of their very talented quarterback Matthew Stafford. The Lions #9 has thrown for at least 4,500 yards the last three seasons and is set to make $17,670,000 in 2014. If he can just keep his interceptions to a minimum, Detroit will really be in business.
