Lenny Dykstra Buys Wayne Gretzky’s House
It’s almost not even fair to make Lenny Dykstra the butt of another joke. He had to spend six and a half months in prison after attempting to loot his home during bankruptcy. Money decisions haven’t been his strong suit.
But the purchase he made of Wayne Gretzky’s $17.5 million dollar house probably wasn’t the best decision and was pretty odd. It’s not weird the former Major League Outfielder bought a large home, but Dykstra was obsessed with the house of “The Great One”. Dykstra claims it was the best house in the world. The purchase didn’t pan out for Dykstra as he declared bankruptcy and still owes a lot of people money.
