The deadly weapon was allegedly pulled out during the argument between Dustin Diamond and the other party, according to witnesses.

Some bystanders reported that Dustin Diamond stabbed the other man during the drunken altercation, though those details are not confirmed. Given the relatively light charges that were filed against him, it seems highly unlikely that any significant physical injury was caused to the curious cameraman.
Despite a somewhat potentially deadly situation, the TV star was released on a $10,000 bail and will appear in court later to face his charges. Diamond and his wife live in a smaller town about a half hour North of Milwaukee, in the Port Washington area. He has done well to avoid legal problems for the most part, even though his professional career has had its fair share of ups and downs.
Aside from playing the long running role of Samuel “Screech” Powers on TV for about 13 years, he has only landed bit roles on movies and TV since then. He tried to revive his fame about 10 years ago when he released a staged sex tape where he got lude with a few women on camera, though the film was a bit of a flop.
Dustin Diamond faces three criminal charges from this arrest:
- Possession of a switchblade.
- 1st Degree Recklessly Endangering.
- Carrying a Concealed Weapon.
