PIEHL, WISCONSIN – A 17 year old Wisconsin teen is behind bars and facing some serious charges after she was suspected of murdering her own parents in cold blood. Ashlee Martinson was reportedly dating a 22 year old man, whom her parents did not approve of. The girl’s step-father had issued a warning to the 22 year old boyfriend to stay away from his teenage daughter. It was later on that same day that the court claims Ashlee Martinson took matters into her own hands and murdered her parents. The motive is clear, and evidence points to her being the most likely suspect.

It seems logical that the parents of any teenage girl would want them to stay clear of being in a relationship with any form of older man. At the impressionable young age of 17, a girl should be focused on her school work and possibly boys her own age. To be courting a man who is old enough to have graduated college is probably not the best idea. At this point it can only be assumed that the couple was engaged in extra-relational activities together.
Ashlee Martinson stabbed her own mother, 40 year old Jennifer Ayers, and shooting her step-father, 37 year old Thomas Ayers, to death in the family’s home. She then locked her younger sisters in the closet and fled the state to Indiana, where she was later arrested and brought back to Wisconsin for trial. The court is preparing to hear her case, and formally charge her as a competent adult for the crime’s she allegedly committed. Martinson now faces charges for first-degree intentional homicide on both counts. There is not much doubt in the court’s mind that she operated alone, and perpetrated the killings without the assistance of her unnamed boyfriend.
On Twitter, Ashlee’s profile sheds some light on a less-than-favorable fantasy world, in which she went by the handle @_Vampirechick.
