30-year-old Melissa Dilan-Hernandez is a mother of three children and pregnant with another after police confirmed test results revealed her now 17-year-old fiance is the father of her fourth.

The couple became sexually involved when the boy was 16, but recently became pregnant.

According to the Tampa Bay Times Dilan-Hernandez told police she and the 17-year-old live together as boyfriend and girlfriend and plan on getting married.

Hernandez was charged with unlawful sexual activity with certain minors and released from Land O’Lakes jail on $10,000.

What do you think is the appropriate action for the pregnant woman who is set to have her fourth child with her 17-year-old fiance?

  Tell that to her children, you selfish jerk. Just because she wasn’t successful in her other scams (book, non-profit…her whole deal is a lie) does not mitigate the damage this woman has done. She better do jail time! She had another child (with a child). Local and state authorities better act soon. Florida doesn’t need any more attention to what appears to be Discrimination in applying the Law! If those kids are not pulled from her custody and out of that hotel room by next week, Rick Scott will come under fire again.

The Detective on this case brags he has been on it for years. Says she showed up for her mug shot on a “schwin”, he finds it all to be “interesting”. With that sick thought, I guess he is defining Pasco County as Preditor’s Protection Paradise.

she got 15 years he is looking for a new girlfriend not the great love story after all. All she has got is a long prison sentance and she won’t see her children again as she has to register as a sex offender.
