A 31 year old woman is accused of having sex with her boyfriends 15 year old brother as inappropriate relationships with adults and minors are seemingly on the rise.
According to AZ Central, a woman is accused of having sex with her boyfriends 15 year old brother while her boyfriend was in prison. The mother of the two boys became suspicious that 31-year-old Tanner Vicory was having an inappropiate relationship with her 15-year-old son when she she examined his cellphone and found that he was having a sexual relationship with someone twice his age.
Once the mother reported her findings to the police, authorities arrested Vicory on suspicion of 10 counts of sexual conduct with a minor. According to the document written by a Gilbert police officer, the mother explained to the police that she had looked through her son’s pre-paid cellphone that Vicory gave to him and found text messages that said Vicory loved him. Investigating further, the mother also found numerous suggestive messages on a Yahoo instant-messaging account where her son communicated with Vicory about their sexual arrangements.
Questioned by police, the 15-year-old boy told officers that “he had consensual sex with Tanner Vicory on at least 10 occasions over a period of three months when he lived in Arizona,” after his mother and brother had moved out of state. The court report stated that Vicory had been dating the boy’s brother, who was in prison at the time of the affair, and that the alleged sex acts took place between November 2011 and April 2012.
Vicory refused to speak to the police when she was taken into custody on Friday.
