A scary fish resembling a Piranha has been discovered in Lake Lou Yaeger Illinois. The fish discovered is known as a Pacu, a rare Amazonian fish that resembles that of the fearsome Piranha.

Several of the fish have been caught at the lake, and scientists believe that it was the result of a pet fish owner releasing the Amazonian fish into the lake. Residents in the small lake community are not so happy about the discovery of the Pacu because of the fearsome look that the fish has.

Pacu’s have Piranha like features but are no where near as aggressive or dangerous as its look alike cousin. Pacu are known to feast on nuts, and misc debris in the water and not so much on humans.

The Pacu fish has been dubbed the testicle eater after 53-year-old fisherman Jeremy Wade uncovered the stories from Papua New Guinea. Wade is the host of the popular River Monsters TV show.
