The little girl in the video was an 18-month-old Tansy Aspinall, who is now 23-years-old. Her Father Damian hopes to shed light on how gorillas are “such wonderful, gentle animals and they’re so human-like,” he said.
He understands that some might consider this questionable parenting to let a child play so freely with a Gorilla.
