The 44 year old “Jerry Maguire” star, Cuba Gooding Jr. has an arrest warrant out for him, after a domestic disturbance that occured early Tuesday morning.
A misdemeanor Battery charge placed on Gooding Jr. by New Orleans Police after he allegedly shoved a female bartender.
The incident which happened at around 3 a.m. Tuesday morning go out of hand when Gooding Jr. asked several patrons of the bar to stop taking pictures of him. An altercation ensued with a female bartender after she has him to leave. That is when he pushed the Bartender twice according to TMZ.
Gooding Jr. left the bar after being notified the police were coming. But not before he allegedly shoved the female bartender on the way out. No arrests were made at the scene.
He is currently in New Orleans with Oprah Winfrey filming “The Butler.”
