A German father who was angry over a relationship that his daughter was in, is accused of blowing up her 17-year-old boyfriend.
The Associated press reported that Police in the German city of Cologne say they have arrested a 52-year-old man on suspicion of blowing up his daughter’s boyfriend.
According to prosecutors, it appears that he forced his way into the 17-year-old’s apartment Monday night and poured gasoline all over the floor.
A short while later, the gasoline evaporated causing a large explosion that hurled the victim from his fourth-floor apartment window, killing him on the scene.
Police say the suspect who previously threatened the young man over the relationship is also in a coma.
