One Chicago News station decided to do a sit down interview with Chicagoland gang members to help bring some answers to the gang problem on the streets of Chicago. A problem that is only getting worse.
In an interview with Walter Jacobson from CBS2 Chicago one gang member said the reason he gang bangs is because “We’ve got to eat. We want to. We want money. We want to get fresh, we want fresh eggs almost every day. We want all that,” another young man said.
Chicago is quickly rising to the top of the charts for Inner-city murders, and gang violence in America. Some have even argued that it is already there.
