A Maryland teenager who spent 4 months in jail for assaulting a Prince George’s County Maryland police officer Corporal has video surveillance video to back up his claim that the officer attacked him while he was not attacking the officers.
Donald Taylor, a 13-year-veteran, claimed that after catching up to an aggressive youth who swung at him and began to flee, the youth reached for his gun, at which point he fired his gun at the youth in self defense.
Video footage obtained by Fox 5 News shows how the officer approached the 19 year old.
