If your brother was a multimillionaire and President of the United States I am sure you would feel as though you would be taken care of during life or death situations, right?
When President Barack Obama’s younger brother George fell on hard times with his sick son, he called Dinesh to ask him for $1,000 to help his sick son recover from his chest condition.
As Dinesh noted in his recent post on Fox News “How I became George Obama’s brother” he wanted to know why George was coming to him. Before he hung up “Why are you coming to me?” He said, “I have no one else to ask.” Then he surprised Dinesh when he said “Dinesh, you are like a brother to me.”
Dinesh sent the money to George through Western Union, and was happy to help.
As many of you are probably wondering why doesn’t George just ask his brother for money instead of a great friend? This is a man who assures the American people that he is caring, and looking out for all of the American people with his latest healthcare package.
Yes I guess he does love the American people, perhaps even more concerned with America than his own nephew. Integrity and morality are a great way to gauge a man’s character, even if you don’t have a relationship with a family member they should at least feel as though they can come to you in matters of life and death, right?
Hmmmm this one hit me where it counts!
