In probably one of the most hilarious incidences involving police, fast food giant McDonalds calls police on a man dressed as The Burger King.

According to CBS News, McDonalds calls police on a man dressed as The Burger King as the authorities were called to a Rome, Georgia McDonald’s in relation to a disturbance caused by a man dressed as the Burger King. The police arrived at the scene of the fast food stand-off at around 1 p.m. on Monday as they received a call about a suspicious person standing in the parking lot of a McDonalds.

According to the police report, the man dressed as The Burger King was standing in front of the parking lot handing out free hamburgers while also taking pictures with several onlookers. Apparently, one child was not so pleased to see The Burger King as he ran off in fear of the man’s costume.

Before calling the police, the manager of the McDonald’s establishment went to speak with the man who was dressed as The Burger King to inquire what he was doing. The man reportedly told her that he was attempting to raise money for charity. However, the manager later told police that the man made no attempt to collect for charity while he was inside the McDonald’s.

Right before he left the premises in his white Acura, the manager told police how the “Burger King” man took his mask off as she described him as a white male, middle aged and with dark hair.
