A father in Connecticut did the unthinkable when he fired his firearm at 1 a.m. shooting and killing his 15-year-old son Tyler Giuliano. The young son was dressed up wearing a mask, which made the father suspicious prompting him to fire his weapon at what he thought was a would be robber.

The father confronted someone wearing a black ski mask and black clothing and then fired his gun when the person went at him with a shiny weapon in his hand, police said.

The teen was pronounced dead at the scene.
No charges have been filed against Jeffrey Giuliano a fifth grade teacher at a local elementary school.
