For many of us it may be hard to fathom that any form of sex between a man and animal is actually legal. But in the state of Florida a loophole exists that may allow certain forms of Oral Sex to be legal.
A 29 year old Florida man who was arrested for child porn, also had images of him having sex with his girlfriends 3 legged-dog.
According to the Tampa Bay Sentinel Clearwater police began investigating the 29-year-old earlier this year when they received a tip that he possessed child pornography. The man admitted to downloading and watching it on his computer, police said after his arrest.
Investigators found child porn on his phone, along with 6 pictures of him getting it on with Ruby his girlfriends 3-legged dog.
In 2011, the state of Florida passed a bill outlawing bestiality, making it a first-degree misdemeanor.
The loophole exists because it doesnt say anything about oral sex with an animal.
The state of Florida isn’t going to pursue charges against the man because out of the 6 photos only one of them actually shows the man doing anything that would “meet the strict criteria of the statute.”
The prosecutors also aren’t sure if the images were taken prior to the passage of the 2011 law.
