Is it me or has the internet community become jammed packed with cynical discussion?

Whether it’s political attacks on the Presidential candidates or an innocent picture of a young model, some internet users find a way to become critical and rude in their comments.

All it takes it traveling over to any blog, or Youtube and a long thread of comments will appear where the odds of finding an argument or hate speech is present.

In regular society people don’t bicker face to face with perfect strangers like they do on the World Wide Web. What is it about the web that makes people so hateful?

Is the general mood in America, and the rest of the world that discontent that a simple picture, or non controversial article can be turned into a hateful comment?

Sure there are still many out there who will keep their mood positive, or angry thoughts to themselves but what is it about the internet that makes people so set on cynical remarks?

Is it the souring of the youth in by the Mass-media, the overall economy, or are people just finally allowed to speak their mind from the comfort of their home?

I want to hear from you, because I don’t get how so much hate can be spewed out on the internet when its concealed in public. What kind of affect if any do you think internet hate speech has on the society as a whole?

Internet hate speech has become the Norm.
