An Iranian Military leader has issued a warning to the United States, claiming that the Iranian military is capable of hitting 35 military bases with in minutes.
According to ABCNEWS reports Brig. Gen. Amir Ali Hajizadeh, the commander of the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC) Aerospace Force, issued the warning as he addressed reporters about the potential for an American attack.
He told reporters the U.S. has 35 bases around Iran and all are “within the reach of our missiles” and could be hit “in the early minutes after an attack,” according to an English-language report from Iran’s semi-official Fars News Agency.
The United States has upped the anti on the Iranians to discontinue their Uranium Enrichment program. A program that the United States and its allies claim can be used for weaponry. The Iranian leadership claims that it is their right to Nuclear Power, and that they intend to continue working on the program because it will help provide a valuable energy source in the country, and surrounding areas.
Currently the United States has said that all options are on the table, including sanctions, and even military action should the Middle Eastern Nation become hostile.
Recently Iran has put in place an action which would shut down the entrance into the Persian Gulf using strategic underwater mine placement.
Tensions have been rising as the Iranian allies of Syria has been on the brink of Civil War, with the United States supporting, the ouster of the current President of Syria.
