The defense team for James Holmes is expected to plead Not Guilty due to Insanity. Holmes Attorney’s have proof that Holmes visited with psychologist Dr. Lynne Fenton. The psychologist who treated the 24-year-old grad student at the University of Colorado. She allegedly contacted a university police officer to warn him about her patient’s behavior.

As a result 14 people were killed and 70 people were injured. James Holmes has been charged with 24 counts of murder in the shooting deaths of a dozen people at an Aurora, Colorado, movie theater. For more on the details watch the video below.

Now on to the second part of the story. Ever since day one of the shooting conspiracy theorists have been talking about the possibility of a False Flag operation conducted by government agencies such as the CIA. Guys like Alex Jones from Info Wars have been talking about False Flag operations, and mind control.

 

James Holmes false flag suspicions on the internet:

- Where did he get all of the Swat team equipment that he had? BODY ARMOR, a BALLISTIC HELMET, an ASSAULT RIFLE, SMOKE GRENADES, multiple pistols, shot gun, and a gas mask.

- Where did a guy with no job get all of this equipment?

- How was he able to booby trap his apartment with all of those explosives?

- How was he apprehended by Police in such a non violent way?

- No trace of him anywhere on the net, no Facebook, Twitter, which is unusual for a guy aged 25 in this day and age (he was on Adult Friend Finder).

- Several witness accounts say they saw multiple shooters.

Suspicions of why James Holmes could be apart of a false flag:

First off I want to say that the idea of a false flag of this magnitude is highly unlikely. However some of these suspicions have arisen after following the case.

Although originally struggling with the idea, or concept of a False Flag attack as even a remote possibility things have become hairy. After watching the clip by MSNBC I began to wonder why or how a not guilty plea of insanity would even be supported by anyone. PERIOD!

The option should not even exist, let alone have any sort of compassion from anyone, an attorney, a judge, a psychiatrist, an American citizen. It all seems incomprehensible.

How anyone who could commit such a crime could actually receive a not guilty verdict, and not get maximum punishment for this crime would not be right. Insane or not! In the process of making sense of all of this I began to wonder how a False Flag attack like this would benefit the government.

That is when I realized that a Not Guilty verdict would have America screaming for Gun Control, based off of the idea that anyone who is considered mentally unstable can act on their urge. Mow down a portion of the crowd, then get off on pleading not guilty based off of insanity.

To avoid this in the future American’s would be more inclined to take guns off the street, in an effort to prevent this from happening in the future.

The reality of all of this is the perfect storm is brewing for Holmes to actually be handed a Not guilty verdict based off of insanity. The paper trail that exists, with Dr. Fenton, and the fanatical association that Holmes had with the Batman series. Having told police he was “The Joker”.

All of this during the time of Fast and furious and on the heals of the United Nations Small Arms Treaty Conference.

I am certainly not convinced that this is a False Flag by any stretch of the imagination but the portrayal of the case by the Mass Media sure does make you think.
