The Tennessee Department of Safety and Homeland Security has taken action against James Yeager, CEO of Tactical Response following his recent comments about his Second Amendment right. The state has suspended the handgun carry permit for Yeager  after he threatened to “start killing people” to protect his Second Amendment right.

On Thursday, a video of Yeager emerged on Facebook where he made his statements regarding gun control laws.

James Yeager called on all patriots to dig in and get ready for a fight if President Obama bypasses Congress with an Executive Order on Gun Control.

Yeager puts a call out to other “patriots” and gun touting Americans to “load your damn mags” and “get ready to fight” in what he claims will turn into a “civil war” if gun control measures in the country get any stricter. James Yeager said he would be glad to fire the first shot. He said if the control from Washington goes one inch further he’s going to start killing people.

Tactical Response is a Tennessee company that trains people in weapon and tactical skills.
By Thursday morning, James Yeager’s video promising violence in response to gun control measures had been removed from Yeager’s YouTube page, but the link had not been removed from Facebook.

In a statement released Friday officials said they had suspended the handgun carry permit of James Yeager, CEO of Tactical Response based on “material likelihood of risk of harm to the public” News Channel 5 reported..
