At a campaign rally in Detroit, on Sept 3rd, Vice President Joe Biden assured the American people they were better off today, than when George Bush left office.
He then added “If It weren’t so hot I’d go Into detail on how America’s better off.”
Do you think the Vice President is correct? Are Americans, better off today than 4 years ago with Bush? Should he have elaborated on just how much better America is even though it was “too hot”?
