Ten Year old Latanna Stone has a handicap of +1 and drives the ball 225 yards on average. Next week she will play in the U.S Woman’s Amateur in Cleveland Ohio.
The sixth grader is the youngest to ever qualify for the U.S. Women’s Amateur having shot a 2 under 70 to qualify. Previously, there had been eight other players to qualify at age 12.
Other than golf Latanna loves her phone; her dogs, Cinnamon and Cocoa; television shows; jigsaw puzzles; and anything hot pink.
