Troubled Hollywood actress Lindsay Lohan is back in the News after being accused of hitting a pedestrian then fleeing the scene while being drunk.

Raw Surveillance video has been released by New York police. The alleged victim who claims to have been hit by Lindsay’s SUV is at the top left of the scene who claims he was hit just before the SUV comes into the screen.
