Miss New Hampshire arrested for battering her boyfriend, the second time in which this beauty queen has been arrested for this particular incident.

According to the Daily Mail, Miss New Hampshire Nicole Houde’s alleged victim this time was her new partner, a different man than she was busted for beating, kicking and scratching in April. 26-year-old Houde was crowned miss New Hampshire 2010 and competed for the Miss USA crown.
According to her then boyfriend, Houde has a temper, especially when she’s been drinking. In April of this year, 33-year-old Scott Nickerson called the police on his girlfriend after the two got into a fight about whether she was cheating, where he claims she got violent and assaulted him.
In a similar incident, police arrested Miss Houde for domestic violence again on June 30. Ironically enough, this time she battered her new boyfriend, the man Nickerson said she cheated on him with. In Nickerson’s statement, he said, “The public only sees Nicole in her sober state for the most part, so most people she knows think she is an angel beauty queen when in fact she is nothing more than an out of control partier who turns violent and has cheated on me and previous boyfriends and no one realizes this.”
Nickerson went on to describe Houde’s irrational behavior, “When Nicole starts to drink, especially liquor, she becomes extremely jealous for no reason and then violence ensues. If she doesn’t get whatever she is looking for at that moment she begins to fight to get an answer or attention.”
Houde has been charged with domestic assault and violating the condition of her bail and still awaiting trial on the charges from the April attack. No comment has been made by her or her representation.
