A Pakistani man who was burning the American Flag inhaled too many of Ole Glory’s flames and paid the ultimate sacrifice.
According to the International Herald-Tribune around 10,000 people showed up to the rally in Lahore, the capital of the Punjab province, to protest the movie trailer that Muslims say insults Islam.
The angry mob had burned so many American flags that one participant, Abdullah Ismail, died after being taken to an area hospital. Witnesses said he had complained of feeling sick from all of the smoke he had inhaled.
The video which was produced by a Coptic Christian from Egypt who now lives in California has outraged Muslims. They believe that the American government was behind the film. The film portray’s the Prophet Muhammad in a way that is offensive to members of the Islamic faith.
