This afternoon while President Obama was giving a speech on his latest Immigration Policy outside the White House, a reporter in the crowd engaged the President in a debate.
The President asked several times for the man to allow him to speak, while the man kept going.
The President was clearly upset, and angered by the interruption, that he fumbled over his words, stuttering to get the man to be quite, while he continued his speech.
