In a surprising incident, a rabid skunk bit a woman in Maryland at the restaurant of Cheeseburger in Paradise.

According to Fox News, The health department in Saint Mary’s County confirms the skunk that bit a diner at a restaurant last week was rabid.
The incident happened last Thursday, where a diner was enjoying her meal as the skunk wandered into the building and bit a woman on the foot.
According to Saint Mary’s. this is the sixth animal this year to have a confirmed case of rabies.
The status of the patron and the skunk is still unknown, however, Saint Mary’s health department stated that the two of the other five rabid animals were skunks and three were raccoons.
