Snoop Dogg announces name change to Snoop Lion: Says he is “Bob Marley Re-incarnated”

Calvin Broadus, Jr went to Jamaica a Dogg and came back as a Lion after a great awakening.

Snoop held his first Press Conference “Reincarnated” as Snoop Lion.

“I didn’t want to be Snoop Dogg on a reggae track … I wanted to bury Snoop Dogg and become Snoop Lion, but I didn’t know that until I went to the temple and received the name Snoop Lion from the Nyabingi priest.” 

Snoop as a 40 year old man says he wants to make music that young kids, and old people can listen too.

His new record “No Guns allowed” sends a message that he hopes will stop some of the violence in society.

As far as being Bob Marley re-incarnated and a Rastafari Snoop said: ”I feel I have always been a Rastafari. I just didn’t have my third eye open, but it’s wide open right now.”
