Best known for playing Ewok on the science fiction mega film Star Wars, actor Nicholas Read faces jail time after admitting to flashing a college student on a train headed to Manchester, England.

According to the Huffington Post and the Sun, after he showed the student his manhood, Read took a picture of her horrified friend’s reaction.
This is not the first time that Read has done this as he had a similar incident of flashing a woman on a train previously. Moreover, this incident is a violation of his suspended sentence for his 2010 offense. Read could be facing jail time and have a 20-week suspended jail sentence, plus any additional time for this recent sexual act.
The Judge presiding over the case, Judge Roger Thomas, told Read,
“The bottom line is you are in breach of a suspended sentence. The normal consequence of that is to prison you go and that may well have to be the outcome.”
According to the The Manchester Evening News, the judge also denied a request by Read’s defense attorney for a psychiatric report on her client, where the judge said there was too little evidence to support the theory of mental illness in his case.
Read will be sentenced this July.
