The attack that happened on June 9th in Shiner Texas, about 90 miles east of San Antonio, has new details.
The Texas, 23 year old father who killed his daughters molester, 47 year old Jesus Mora Flores will not be charged with murder according to Lavaca County district.
The father, who responded to the screams of his daughter from a distant barn, discovered a man sexually assaulting his 5 year old daughter. Upon discovering the man molesting the little girl the father began bludgeoning the man with his fists.
The 23 year old father was immediately remorseful for what he had done and called 911 asking for an ambulance after he realized that the man was on the verge of death. The man did eventually die of the injuries he incurred from the furious father who acted on impulse.
The Emergency crews who responded to the father’s 911 call found Flores’ pants and underwear pulled down on his lifeless body. The girl was examined at a hospital, and Lavaca County District Attorney Heather McMinn said forensic evidence and witness accounts corroborated the father’s story that his daughter was being sexually molested.
Mora was a farm hand who was hired by the family to tend to the families horses and ranch.
The family of the father is asking to be left alone in this time of great hardship.
