On a daily basis Americans are exposed to negative attack ad’s by Presidential Candidates Barack Obama, and Mitt Romney. Both have aired attack ad, after attack ad trying to throw the other one under the bus. Each party is actively engaged in mud flinging and questioning the character of the other while America needs leadership.
With all of this childish playground banter going on in Washington it’s no wonder why the country has fallen Trillions of dollars into debt, the unemployment problem is not being solved, and many government programs are poorly run.
All of this money being paid to tear down the other candidate could be used for better purposes, right? We have important issues to solve, yet candidates are putting as much energy into bringing down the other one, when they could be creating the solution to fixing the nations problem.Enough of this campaign pep rally non-sense and let’s tighten the belt and get real.

Whether its the Republicans attacking Obama, on the Fast and Furious allegations, or his birth status, or perceived socialist views. Then you have the democrat’s going after Romney for driving cross country with his dog on the roof, to Tax Returns, to business practice. All of this time spent attacking and playing detective in a time we should be hearing their solution.
Why are we stuck dealing with this tornado of destruction in Washington politics? Instead of all of this campaigning people should be picking the most qualified candidate for the job based on the plan they have for the country.
What happens when your kids just can’t get along because they keep attacking each other? You put them in time out, right? Well we should start treating our elected officials the same way. If they want to act like children on a playground and throw mud then we the American people should bounce them and move on to more professional, qualified candidates.
Instead we are stuck with two guys who are running based off of who can uncover the shadiest incident of the other ones past. Lets face it no one is perfect. We could find flaws in any candidate selected.
All the American people ask for is someone who is qualified for the position, has the American people’s best wishes at hand, and will tell the truth even when it’s not always the easiest, or most popular thing to do. We would rather be told the truth than hear some lie wrapped in Washington fool’s gold.
The presidency should be occupied by a leader that the people want to represent them. The same way that George Washington was selected as the first President.
If you could have one person be the President of the United States hand picked with the people’s best interests in mind who would your choice be?
