Three second graders sexually allegedly assaulted a fellow classmate after acting out a scene they saw in a porno scene. Parents of an 8-year-old boy are suing an Indiana elementary school after hearing of the horrific sexual assault that their son was exposed to by three other young children.
The Muncie-Star Press reported that a lawsuit against Burris Laboratory School has been filed following the incident involving their son who claims to have been assaulted at various locations across the school.
The lawsuit names the defendants as the second-grade teacher who taught the alleged victim, and three other boys who were involved in the assault.
The report indicates that the boy was forced to perform oral sex, and other sexual acts on the fellow students.
The three boys who assaulted their classmate allegedly downloaded pornographic footage off of school computers prompting them to exploit the other boy, forcing him to become their sexual subject.
