Lindsay Lohan is at it again as the famous young starlet punches Tiffany Ava Mitchell directly in the face and gets arrested at Avenue nightclub in Manhattan.

According to E News, Tiffany Ava Mitchell was punched in the face by Lindsay Lohan, who was consequently arrested after the incident at Avenue nightclub in Manhattan. Tiffany Ava Mitchell, who worked as a Florida fortune teller, was sucker-punched by Lohan early Thursday, when both got in the middle of a scuffle in the club.

According to Tiffany Ava Mitchell and her husband, Mitchell was sitting next to Lohan when the scuffle broke out at a nearby table at 3:45 a.m. When Mitchell tried to avoid getting in the middle of the dispute, she ended up strolling right into Lohan’s punch. Mitchell told officers how she was pushed from behind before Lindsay Lohan hook punch took her to the ground.

After the incident, Lohan tried to flea the scene in her black SUV from the Chelsea hotspot Avenue around 4 a.m. However, she was spotted by Michell’s husband, who called police. Police were then able to stop Lohan from leaving and slapped on the handcuffs as Lohan angrily yelled, “Are you kidding me? Are you kidding me?”

28-year-old Tiffany Ava Mitchell gave her statement to the police and was seen leaving the 10th precinct Thursday morning. Wayne Stevens, Tiffany Ava Mitchell’s husband, told reporters, “This is all so crazy. I don’t know what happened. All of a sudden she was hitting my wife. … We didn’t even know it was her until the police came.” Tiffany Ava Mitchell looked slightly bruised on her face as she left the police station at 7:15 a.m.

Lohan was released and was seen leaving rushing past paparazzi outside the stationhouse with a coat covering her head along with her lawyer and a friend. Lohan was issued a desk appearance ticket for misdemeanor assault and will have to attend court in January.Lohan is also facing charges from a June car crash on the Pacific Coast Highway.
