Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes to divorce after five years of marriage, according to reports from People magazine.
The couple has one child together 6 year old Suri Cruise. Tom has 2 other kids he previously adopted with ex-wife Nicole Kidman.
Tom 50, and Katie 33 were married in Italy after a spectacular ceremony in 2006.

Katie Holmes attorney Jonathan Wolfe has released this statement on her behalf, “This is a personal and private matter for Katie and her family. Katie’s primary concern remains, as it always has been, her daughter’s best interest.”
The divorce marks the third time Cruise has been divorced, and for Katie this is her first divorce. The couple have a prenuptial agreement worth around $270m according to sources. Most of that is Tom’s money.
Cruise’s rep has released this statement ”Kate has filed for divorce and Tom is deeply saddened and is concentrating on his three children,” says a statement from his rep. “Please allow them their privacy to work this out.”
