One World Trade:
One World Trade Tower – Located in New York at the same location as the former World Trade Center. The towers will be completed in 2013. The 104-story skyscraper will be the tallest building in the Western Hemisphere, and will stand 1,250 feet high.
World One – Located in Mumbai India is set to be complete in 2014. Once complete it will be the tallest residential skyscraper in the world. The project will cost $399 million to build and will span over 1,450-feet having 117 floors, 18 elevators, 300 apartments.
Russia Tower – Located in Moscow, Russia is expected to be completed around 2016. The tower will stand 1,180 ft and would contain 118 floors, 101 elevators, and underground parking that can accommodate 3,680 cars. The buildings capacity is 30,000, the base of the building will be retail shops.
Songjiang Hotel – Located in the city of Shanghai in the Songjiang district. The 400-bed resort will be located in a 100-meter-deep deserted rock quarry lake. The resort would offer several underwater public areas, restaurants and guestrooms facing a ten-metre deep aquarium full of aquatic life.
Regatta Hotel Located in Jakarta Indonesia consists of several projects. The first of which was completed in November 2008. The apartment towers resemble Dubai, Monte Carlo, Miami and Rio de Janeiro. The second phase, which is under construction will be of three apartment towers Tokyo, Acapulco and Sydney. The third will be London, New York, and Shanghai.
Shanghai Tower of Shanghai, China. The tower will be 121 stories, and span over 2073ft making it the second largest building in the world. The project will cost $2.2 Billion and is being Designed by Gensler inc.
Masdar City :
Masdar City is a project being built in Abu Dhabi, in the United Arab Emirates. It will be the world’s first carbon-free city, relying entirely on solar and other renewable energy sources. It Will be home to 45,000 to 50,000 people and 1,500 businesses. The project will cost between $18.7 and 19.8 billion and is set to be complete by 2025 at the latest.
Clock Tower - Located in Mecca Saudi Arabia the clock tower is set to be completed in 2012. The complex will be able to house 100,000 people and span over 2,171 feet. The complex will feature the world’s second-tallest building topped by a clock tower.
Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge:
Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge is a series of bridges, and tunnels that will connect the west side of Hong Kong to Macau and the mainland Chinese city of Zhuhai, which are situated on the west side of the Pearl River Delta. The project will cost $10.7 billion and is expected to completed in 2016.
Songdo International Business District:
Songdo International Business District, The project which is being built in Seoul, South Korea will cost $40 billion and is expected to be completed in 2015. The district is planned to contain 80,000 apartments, 50,000,000 square feet of office space and 10,000,000 square feet of retail space.
