An amateur video posted to YouTube by Shaam News Network SNN, shows a mass grave with at least 35 dead bodies filled with bullets. The aftermath of the mass killing’s are seen in the video from the town of Jdeidet Artouz, a suburb of Damascus.
The footage appears to show the bloodied bodies of several men lying in the dirt, with their hands tied behind their backs.
Kofi Annan from the U.N. warned that the violence in Syria might deteriorate into all-out war. After calling on Syrian President Bashar al-Assad to take “bold and visible steps immediately” to implement a cease-fire.
