Next time you go for dinner and don’t like the food you are eating you may want to reconsider walking out of the restaurant before paying your bill.

Two diners who walked out of the Wazzabi restaurant in Winter Park Florida after complaining about the food were allegedly shot at by the owner. All of this over a $19.00 bill.

Marshall Phillips and Destin McMahon said  they were followed out of the restaurant where they were assaulted. As they drove off they saw a muzzle flash in the rear view mirror, and heard popping sounds as shots were fired.

Police said the owner of the restaurant, 55-year-old Quoc Tran, and cook Hoai Tran were arrested on aggravated assault charges.

According to WDBO while Phillips paid his $13 bill, McMahon refused to pay his $19 tab because he said he only took a few bites before sending it back.

Marshall Phillips said he has plans to sue the owner and the cook for damages to his car which include a dent in the door, and bullet hole in the trunk.
