Details emerge as to why Johnathon Holt killed Whitney Heichel. The 24-year-old of Gresham, Oregon is accused of kidnapping, sexually assaulting and killing his friend and neighbor, Whitney Heichel, 21.
Sources told KGW that Holt was “obsessed” with Heichel.
Holt told police he waited for Whitney Heichel outside her apartment as she left for work around 7 a.m. and asked her for a ride, according to a police report.
Holt pulled a gun on her shortly after and ordered her to drive to an area near a lake where he forced her to perform oral sex on him. The court document said that Holt shot and killed Heichel near the lake.
Gresham police announced late Friday that they found Whitney’s body on Larch Mountain, and they had arrested Holt in her murder, after he was interviewed several times by police having inconsistencies in his story.
Holt who has been arrested on suspicion of the murder, was married and lived with his wife in their apartment complex.
